The complex is literally right across the neighborhood street from Earth Treks Climbing Gym, a coffee shop, a bike shop, a fishing shop, a Mexican food restaurant and there's a new brewery that just opened up about a 5 minute drive away. The light rail station is about a 10 minute walk, Apex park, which has great hiking and mountain biking is about 1/2 mile away, and you can even take the bike path to downtown Golden, which is just a couple of miles away (or walk it)! Work in Denver and don't like the light rail?... you're looking at a 20-30 minute commute depending on traffic. The location couldn't be better.

The community has a newer gym, an indoor-outdoor pool, sauna, and hottub, vegetable garden plots, and absolutely beautiful grounds with a large pond.
